It was billed as “The Festival of Saint Bernadine.” Who was Saint Bernadine? Why he was the patron saint of advertising, and he looked down upon SmithGifford very fondly last night as we captured a total of 16 ADDYs at the annual awards gala for the Ad Club of Metropolitan Washington. Among the awards we won were two Gold ADDYs for our work with Melwood, including Best of Broadcast for the 2011 Melwood Opportunity.

We also took home the gold for our work with Identity Guard and for Lindsay Automotive Group.
Father Guido Sarducci, the host with the most Holy Ghost hosted the event and one of the best parts of the evening was going out for drinks with him afterwards!
