This is the section where most agencies talk about process, but we would rather talk about collaboration. Or, if you prefer, the process of working together.
We start by learning all we can about our clients’ business. Then we invite them back for an informal meeting (we call it a tissue session) where a wide swath of ideas are taped to our conference room walls. But here’s the catch. We’re not there to sell. And our clients are not there to buy. Instead, we engage in productive and, occasionally, animated discourse until a strategic direction is agreed upon.
Why? Because good work starts with a good strategy. And also because we happen to like working with our clients. That’s just the way we roll.
