We had a counterintuitive insight that became a strategy: banking isn’t really about money. It’s more about communication, especially at the community bank level. Sure, clients want the option to do their daily banking via apps and websites, but when it comes to the big stuff - financing a house or saving to retire - they need experts to talk to. Our “Let’s Talk” campaign reflects those conversations, paying off the need for relationships in addition to easy transactions.
